Strong power is required for the product to perform well. Please make sure you use brand new or fully charged batteries. If the cot does not turn while the music is playing, either replace it with new batteries or turn the mobile bar counter-clockwise for a few seconds while leaving the power on.

2. When the Musical Crib Mobile does not fit in the crib

The crib mobile ONLY attaches to a crib with a square bar no wider than 1.8 inches (4.5 cm). Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.

3. When the music repeats itself

Please try to replace the crib mobile with brand new or fully charged batteries.

4.Tips: If you only want to use the night light and projection function and don’t want music, you need to use the remote control to operate. Press the “0” button on the remote control to turn off the music.
