How do I place my order?

What is the Minimum Order?
To keep our costs and in turn our prices as low as possible, our minimum order value is €40.00
Do you charge for Delivery?
No – we offer free delivery on all orders and with your help – we will continue our free delivery service for as long as possible
Do you Deliver to my area?
Yes – using local courier services, we deliver throughout Cyprus completely and it is free of charge; you simply collect your order from your local GAP AKIS Express. If you wish for your order to be delivered to your door, a €3.00 surcharge will be added to your order at the checkout
How long before I receive my order?
Depending on your requirements and product availability, we would normally aim to deliver your order within 3 to 5 days from time of placing your order (excluding weekends).
Can I send the order to a different address?
Yes – but only orders that are prepaid for online can sent to a different address
What Payment Options do you offer?
For your convenience, we offer the following payment options:
- Online Payment at checkout (with Credit/ Debit Card )
- Online Payment at checkout (with Bank Transfer)
- Telephone Payment at checkout with (Revolut Transfer)
- Cash on Delivery (please note – this payment option has a €2.00 surcharge)
How can I cancel my Order?
You can cancel your order up to 24 hours prior to your delivery slot, by emailing us at info@babies.cy
What is your returns policy?
We know that buying online can sometimes result in changing your mind and that is fine by us, we want happy customers! However, products must be returned in the same condition as supplied.
